Guardian Angels Primary School: School Fees Schedule 2021

All Fees and Levies at Guardian Angels Primary School are charged in accordance with the School Fee Policy published on the school Website.

This Schedule is a summary of all charges for your child's education for 2021.

The Student Levy includes all books, resources including technology, excursions, incursions and camps.

Additional Charges

Instrumental Music Program

Children learning a musical instrument through the school program receive tuition without extra cost. Children in Year 3 also receive the use of an instrument without an extra hire fee.

Students in Years 4 - 6 learning a musical instrument through the school program will be charged a $330 Instrument Hire Levy for the year. This hire fee fully insures the instrument against loss or accidental damage. There is an excess of $250 for any claim.

Student 1 : 1 Program

Guardian Angels is a 1-1 environment from Year 3-6, with devices going home in Years 4-6.

Students in Years 4 - 6 will be charged a $190 device levy, which will covers learning requirements and insurance premium. Please note there is an excess of $250 for any claim made for malicious or accidental damage. 

New Year 4 - 6 Students in 2021

Guardian Angels does not charge extra for camps as the cost has been included in student levies paid since enrolling in school in Prep. Therefore new students enrolling in years 4 to 6 will be charged a New Student Levy as below.

Early Payment Discount

If the entire School Fees Account for the year are paid within the first four weeks of the school year (i.e. paid by Friday 26 February 2021), there will be a 5% discount off the Tuition Fee.

Payment Methods

School fees may be paid by cash, BPay or credit card. EFTPOS facilities are available at the School Office. Credit card payment may be made in person at the school office, or by completing the lower portion of your fee statement and returning it to the school office.

A direct debit authority can also be completed to have fees deducted from a bank account or credit card. This facility, lodged with the Archdiocesan Development Fund does not attract bank fees. To set up a direct debit authority please use the forms available through the link below.

NOTE: Payment by cash should only be made in person and a receipt obtained at that time. Where circumstances exist to make it necessary, any claim that school fees were paid in cash must be supported by a school receipt.
