Jack – Blokes In The Kitchen Calendar

We have  a boy enrolled in our Prep class Maroon who has a significant health issue – Jack Lenehan has Muscular Atrophy.  Jack is confined to a wheelchair and has difficulty in clearing his chest of congestion.  With winter approaching this will present daily significant health issues for Jack (and of course his family).  To assist with keeping Jack healthy, he needs a machine called a Nippy Cough Assist Machine.

To this end, we are putting together  a BLOKES IN THE KITCHEN  Calendar – an exciting Financial Year Calendar featuring each bloke on our staff cooking a favourite recipe for one of the months.  The Calendar is being produced at no charge by Kwik Kopy (thanks David and Michelle Lynch) and will be sold for $10.  We have over 500 families – should be easy!! Meet Jack

Update on this story

Following 5 anonymous donations, we today presented Cassy (Jack’s mum) with a cheque for $7055!!!  The Calendar is still being produced and is available for ONLINE ORDERS HERE. This is the Flexischools Canteen Ordering site for ease of use.  With the extra funds the Lenehans have some options regarding Jack’s ongoing medical concerns.  What a great start to our project!!
