🏅 Our Inventor’s are going for gold!
On Thursday 4 September, some of our Inventors' Academy students took home 2nd and 3rd places at the 2025 Gold Coast Schools Science Competition!
Across four different science and technology categories, these young minds proved that curiosity, courage, and creativity are a winning formula.
We’re celebrating five standout students who represented our school and the Inventors' Academy at Griffith University’s regional science event, competing alongside schools from across South East Queensland and Northern NSW.
Here’s what they achieved:
🥈 Classified Collections (Years 3–4): Blaire Meads & Haven Donovan
🥈 Engineering & Technology (Years 3–4): Owen Constantino
🥈 Environmental Action Project (Years 3–4): Ruth Hopkinson
🥉 Scientific Investigations (Years 3–4): Jed Prince
These brilliant entries were built from scratch, fuelled by curiosity and guided by the energy and imagination of our Inventors' Academy.
Let’s hear it for the next generation of changemakers and the mentors who lift them higher. 🚀
